The staff was so gracious and accommodating when we asked them about vegan options! The staff were so kind! So glad to have had delicious options at the hotel — the rigatoni marinara was incredibly delicious, and the tomato bruschetta was so fresh we ordered multiple flights. The pizza (which we customized with whatever veggies we wanted), bread with olive oil balsamic, and Blu Mocktail was GREAT as well
