New owners changed menu - Edit

Just aI loved their tofu scramble. It was a highlight. Most everything has egg on it now. Even the avocado toast. Sad when new owners ignore a set of the food eating population.

I had the beets sandwich. It was ok. Probably would made tasted better without my disappointment.

Last time I read here I wasn't a resident. But I've been dreaming of that tofu scramble since then. Now I'm a resident and was looking forward to eating here a lot. Really not much point now.

Pros: Staff is super friendly, Non vegan options are good according to my wife, Great environment and aesthetic.

Cons: Menu changes aren't vegan friendly , No one said if we could sub out stuff

They tried, I guess... - Edit

Prior review is spot-on; the so-called tofu scramble was not scrambled tofu but rather a collection of (turmeric?) spiced tofu cubes mixed into a (thankfully tasty) blend of pickled veggies. The avocado toast order was OK but not a standout for the $.

Pros: Dine and admire pottery creations, Lots of space; not cramped

Cons: Few vegan options, Not a bargain

Tofu Scramble wasn’t scrambled - Edit

The tofu scramble was cubed tofu mixed with some veggies and potatoes. It was completely lacking any flavor at all. For $14 they could have scrambled the tofu. The toast and jam was good. We never got our side of home fries. We ended up getting our money back to go somewhere else.
