Pleasantly surprised! - Edit
This place was fantastic! First of all you walk in and realize it is a great space. The ambiance with beautiful plants and they’ve decorated it with a thoughtful artsy organic way.
Read moreWhat looks like old fashioned soda fountains are the tools that help make the delicious and nutritious drinks they create! One of the ones we tried was a kombucha Hibiscus 🌺 pink pepper. The cold brew alone is worth the drive, nice and smooth!!!
I had a grain bowl that was toppped off with the most delicious beet hummus I’ve ever had!
The owners are friendly and knowledgeable!
Pros: Many choices to make it plant based!, SO CLEAN!

Great drinks, great vibe - Edit
Pomona specializes in unique and experimental homemade beverages. I got some AMAZING horchata (with homemade rice milk and house spice blend) and my boyfriend got a cherry, maple, mustard “shrub”—which a sweet and sour soda. They soak the fruit in vinegar overnight, then strain it and mix a few tablespoons of the liquid into carbonated water. The result is so unique and delicious. All the other drinks people were ordering looked great too, and almost all of them are vegan or can be made vegan. We also got their “bread and spreads.” A lot of the spreads weren’t vegan but we got all the ones that were: beet hummus, serrano pepper jam, mushroom duxelles, and plum jam. All were delicious (especially the beet hummus and serrano jam) and served on locally made bread grilled with olive oil. The vibe in the place can’t be beat—it’s filled with plants and if you sit at the bar you can watch the baristas experiment with making new drinks.
