Amazing! - Edit
Wow what a hidden gem! We love to use Happy Cow while traveling and found this spot. Everything was delicious, menu is huge! My favorite was the cucumber and tomato salad…the garlic dressing put it over the top! Will be back next time we’re traveling through

Just wow! - Edit
We all walked away completely stuffed and very happy. We had the Philly, the Reuben, and the Big Mac, all with fries and a salad. Heard around the table: “this is the best burger I’ve ever had; better than I can even make,” “wow I didn’t even know I liked Reuben sandwiches,” “these fries are amazing!” It’s nice to go to a vegan restaurant and it’s not the frozen impossible or beyond burger. Even the salad dressing was so tasty we had to buy a jar to take home with us. Adding this place to our absolute favorites!

Fantastic! - Edit
The menu is huge with lots of variety! There are a few dessert items, also! I had the “Philly” sub, that’s made with Seitan, the Black Beans and Brown Rice, and a Peanut Butter and Jelly Bar. Hubs had the Black Bean Crumble Salad and a Brownie. Everything was very flavorful and delicious! Highly recommended!

Simply outstanding - Edit
Each item we tried was incredible. The nachos deluxe had so much flavor and the best queso I've had outside of what my husband makes. The rueben was so amazing and it has house made Seiten. And the plant power burger with house made patty and bun. Just extraordinary!!! And black owned business, rock on!! Love it here!

It's okay - Edit
My food wasn't bad, but not great either. The portobello sandwich is baby bello mushrooms cut up. They had good flavor, but not what I expected. It came with a colorful salad, that was nice. I also ordered beans and rice. It was spicy, but that was it, no flavor. I love rice and beans, but did not enjoy this. Maybe they shine with other things on the menu.

Delicious! - Edit
We got the marinated tofu sandwich, the Reuben, the black bean burger wrap, and the bbq sandwich. Everything tasted amazing and was reasonably priced. Unfortunately they are understaffed so it took a bit of time, but the food was worth it.

Best vegan restaurant in the South - Edit
We just completed 12 day vegan foodie tour though Asheville, Savannah, Jacksonville and New Orleans. Who knew that our last stop in Chatanooga on the way home would be the best of them all. Could easily eat here everyday. Huge, perfect menu that is expertly executed and all tue dishes always come out perfect. Only thing that could be improved were the fries. Everything else is pure perfection. The raw zucchini bowl with pesto was an enjoyable surprise. I don’t usually like raw food dishes but it was wonderful. Extremely generous portions at great prices.

Wonderful - all plant based! - Edit
Long-standing lil vegan joint on the outskirts of town. Huge menu with a variety of burgers, sandwiches, tacos, bowls, pizzas, and more. What we got was still so fresh and crisp! Loved it.
Read moreMy husband got the fish tacos and asked how they were made - they said zucchini, squash, marine plants, seaweed, walnuts and such. Upon receiving them, we had to double check because it totally looked like black bean burger crumbles - crumbly, dark brown, crispy crummies. Not much of a “seafood” flavor at all, despite being served with tartar sauce.. but she did confirm it was the fish tacos. So that was interesting. Still tasty! But didn’t really resemble fish at all.
Ice cream and desserts available. Local, family owned - worth a visit!!

We've been to Plant Power many times, but on a recent visit I was thrilled to see that they've expanded their menu to include tacos and many other items! The food was yummy and wholesome and priced reasonably for the freshness of the veg.
Read moreBe warned, however, that the food is quite spicy. For instance, the jackfruit and chili are too hot for my daughter. If you or your kids is averse to heat, choose some of the milder items, like smoothies, salads or grilled cheese!

Thank you Happy Cow - Edit
Filled up with gas before heading to the airport. I had some time to kill and only saw from the gas station the usual fast food places. Was thinking I would suffer with Taco Bell when I decided to open Happy Cow. Never thought a vegan restaurant would be this close to an airport
Read moreOk. Menu is huge! Sooooo many choices. I asked Eric and he guided me to the Philly Cheese and I had to try the wings too. The Philly didn’t disappoint. Seitan was tender and cheeZe was incredible. It was perfect. The wings were delicious and stuck to the “bone”
Will come back again!!

Amazing food, friendly atmosphere! - Edit
Traveled to Chattanooga from Knoxville for the day and stopped in for my second time. I had the fysh sandwich with the 3 bean chili on the side with pesto bruschetta for an appetizer and my fiancee had the raw zucchini bowl. Everything was delicious and I can't say enough food things about the fish. the flavor is something I didn't think was possible to achieve. Chef Aurellia is amazing! The only bad thing I can say is that there isn't one in Knoxville, this vegan cook would be elated! The service was great and I could tell they had a great repertoire with their regular customers. 10/10 will return!

We veered off the highway to avoid traffic and found this gem. We ordered the “fish” sandwich and BBQ Jackfruit Nachos and both were SO good. The BBQ jackfruit has just enough spice to balance the sweet BBQ flavors! Very accommodating with gluten free options as well.

Fresh mango chunks in the seasonal fruit - Edit
I had the vegan "smoked turkey" sandwich, cucumber and tomato salad, seasonal fruit and a tangerine la croix. The bread was a thick quality bread. The turkey flavored tempeh had tasty seasoning. The lady did ask if I wanted it regular or spicy. I asked for regular but there are options with the sandwich. The sandwich had vegan mayo, cranberries and arugula lettuce with carrot shreads. It was delicious. The cucumber and tomato salad had a earthy spice in a thin mayo sauce. The salad also had olives which I enjoyed. The fruit included fresh mango chunks, halfed red grapes, green and red apples. It was a great combination.
