Tofu was crispy on the outside and chewy in the middle.

The tofu hibachi was good. I requested no egg on the fried rice. The tofu was crispy on the outside and chewy in the middle. There were lots of veggies. Broccoli, cabbage, onion, and carrots. They have tofu fried rice as well.
