Mobile vegan food van providing healthy cuisine prepared in an environmentally sustainable manner. Dishes include the David Falafelhoff pita (beetroot falafel, hummus, pickles and chives) and the Channing Potatum pita (purple potato, chia, curried pumpkin and salsa).
