Decent fast food - Edit
Based in Trinity Kitchen, this is definitely a fast food option and nothing flash. I opted for the vegan summer rolls but there is a full menu with vegan curries, pho etc. ready in minutes, taste was fine.

Does the job! - Edit
One of the best options for vegans at Trinity Kitchen since the independent vegan stalls are gone. Solid choice but also nothing special. Reasonably priced and fast.

Fresh and tasty - Edit
Had a tofu and mushroom curry soup which was very tasty. Also the jasmine flower tea was lovely. As with everywhere in Trinity had to wait a long time for the food to come out.

Quite dissapointed - Edit
Food did not seem fresh, was lacking taste. Would not ever come back except if very hungry. However, prices are reasonable.

This is a branch of a reliable Vietnamese restaurant chain. There’s plenty for vegans and it’s all clearly marked as such. We always enjoy our visits.

Healthy and filling - Edit
Healthy, nutritious and pretty authentic. Love the vermicelli noodle dish with veggie spring rolls. Absolute favourite! Not the cheapest but a nice treat now and then. Service is fast too.

Prawn in my Pho! - Edit
There was a prawn in my ‘vegan’ pho. The staff didn’t seem genuinely sorry and felt that a refund was all that was necessary, as opposed to a genuine apology.

Good food too expensive - Edit
It's really nice food - I particularly recommend the mushroom & tofu spicy pho and the fried veg spring rolls.
Read moreBUT it's on the pricey side - you could get same food and price in a restaurant setting not a food court.

Good food, a little expensive.. - Edit
Pho can be found in a food court as one of its permanent residents. I have been a few times and tried a number of things. The spring rolls are always really good and made fresh. I found the portions of the noodle dishes quite small considering the price. However, the Pho was a larger portion so good value. The food is tasty and you can add additional flavourings yourself Service was fast and friendly.

Fantastic food - Edit
I was really surprised to discover Pho on a trip to Leeds. The menu was great and the staff asked if I was vegan when ordering so they wouldn't give me fish sauce. I had noodles with veggie spring rolls and it was delicious. Lots of great choice for a small place, and really good value for money too.

Fee Fi Pho Fum....... - Edit
I smell the food of a Vietnamese Man. Set in the amazing Street Kitchen of the Leeds Trinity space age shopping centre, this is a truly vegan friendly Far Eastern delight. Fantastic atmosphere, open kitchen and freshly prepared food with the option of vegetable or non-vegetable stock in which to prepare your food. Go for the former. Succulent tofu is prevalent. I am very impressed with the progressive way in which everyday street food has grasped the imagination of local shoppers in recent years. You have it here in Leeds. Enjoy and report on Happy Cow.
