Wow! 5 Stars! I loved it!!!!

So my family and I were going down the 99 and we wanted to stop for some vegan pho along the way. So happy to say that we found this place! I absolutely LOVED it!!!!!! Totally! The vegan Vietnamese sandwich was AMAZING! Really moist inside with the right amount of fresh crisp stuff going on with heated and a perfect baguette! I LOVED it! They totally get the vegan thing even though it's a "regular-people's" restaurant. The pho was out of this world! I thought it was great. Nice service. Bright location. Now, when I go to Vietnamese, I think, spring rolls, pho and a Vietnamese sandwich, so I'm not sure what the one person meant by not enough choice. I think the most notable was the vegan Vietnamese sandwich! It was truly out of this world and ranked as one of the best (I've been to Vihn Loi in Reseda). The Vegan pho was great too - This is the gem of Bakersfield!!! Worth a stop for the mouth watering sandwich alone!! I actually tried to give it 5 stars but because they are not fully veg yet, the system bonked it to a 4 stars. I think they should scrap the rest of the items on the menu and just go veg. They have the talent and the flavoring so they should go for it!!

I love Vinh Loi too. Do they have curry noodle soup? Do they have gf options?

Delicious!

This place was easy to find. We could tell it was a good place by the wonderful smell as soon as we walked in. It was clean and crowded. We got sat and served very quickly. We are both no fat vegans and have had trouble with some places getting what we want. They have a nice vegan menu and were willing to cook our food with no fat. Our meals were delicious and satisfying. Highly recommend.

Pretty Good Pho

Pho Hut has an OK selection of vegan items, just make sure to ask for the vegan menu. Most options are reasonably priced, and they will customize your dish for you, but there might be an extra charge. I recommend the vegan pho, as well as the eggplant with green beans or the tofu spring rolls. Their homemade jasmine iced tea is also delicious. Sometimes service is lacking, but the staff is always friendly.
