Vietnamese
Non-veg
Serves meat, vegan options available. Here vegans could have the tofu spring rolls, vegan pho (ask for veggie broth) and dishes from the vegetarian menu section which lists several noodle and rice dishes.

Not Impressed - Edit
We came on a Thursday night excited to try the vegan options, especially the stir fry. When we went their Wok was down so no stir fry. That left Pho. My husband and I didn’t want to both get the Pho since it was the same thing. So, we got the vegan springs rolls (just rice, tofu and one piece of lettuce), and the tofu vegan egg rolls (still skeptical on if they were vegan) for appetizers. I got a Taro Boba with non dairy milk (which I’m still skeptical because as soon as I took a sip and it hit my stomach it felt like dairy milk). My husband got the vegan pho and I got the Angel Hair Tofu Eggplant bowl. His food looked great and tasted okay. My food came out and the waitress took the sauce away because it’s not vegan so, I’m left with dry noodles, veggies and tofu egg rolls (also was cold, not sure if it’s supposed to be cold).

Just a heads up, when a boba place says they use non-dairy milk, non-dairy does not mean dairy free. Non-dairy is more like, “very little dairy so it will probably not hurt if you have allergies.” Dairy free means no dairy whatsoever. I was super bummed when I found this out.

Vegan dinner for two OUTSTANDING! Wait staff was so helpful and all 3 present shared in waiting our table without missing a beat; we’ve never experienced that!
Read moreHad vegan pho, vegetarian stir fry with peanut sauce, appetizers: yarrow fries and tofu spring rolls with peanut sauce. Generous portions and memorable flavors.
Unable to give 5 stars per Happy Cow app because not strictly vegetarian or vegan restaurant. Would happily give 10 star rating!

BEST VEGAN PHO! - Edit
Omg and the tofu spring rolls yal, AMAZING! Even on the hottest of Arkansas summer days we crave a hot bowl of their vegan pho. Also, the veggie vermacilli bowls are basically the pho- cold without the broth- salad style with a delicious Vinaigrette.

Vegan Pho! - Edit
This place had several vegan options including a vegan Pho actually made with vegan broth. I could drink that broth all day! Loved the simplicity of the menu and how easy it was to pick out vegan options. We had the Pho, Bahn Mi, and an order of the tofu spring rolls. We enjoyed it so much we got one of everything we order to go as well to give to friend who where babysitting for us. Might have to make another stop here before we leave town.

This is a hidden hot springs gem for vegans. The vegan pho is fantastic, and gluten free. Will be driving the 35 minutes down to eat here often now that I know how awesome it is.

They offer tofu that they put in their pho' or spring rolls which are both fully vegan. Just make sure you ask for the vegetable broth, which taste beyond anything I ever had before.

Vegan pho! - Edit
Pho, I missed you sho!! They have recently added veggie broth as an option, so vegans can enjoy life to the fullest. We live 20 miles away, and the broth was still so hot there was no need to reheat. Nice outdoor seating if you have time to hang out, too.
