Serves meat, vegan options available. Vietnamese noodle restaurant with 15 or so vegetarian choices, using vegetarian broths for soups, and an assortment of tofu and vegetable in stir frys. Open Mon-Sun 11:00am-9:00pm.
There are about 8 booths inside, one was occupied during our visit, by shady looking persons whom did not speak to one another. Cagey people gotta eat, too. A 13 yr old boy took our drink order and the chef took our food order as we pointed to the menu. The food arrived one at a time as it was done. This was confusing as we didn't know exactly what we ordered and neither did they. I sampled everyone's food to be sure the correct recipient received the right plate. The food was interesting for the vegan that was in our party, in a locale where bean burgers are sometimes the only option.
This restaurant has incredibly delicious food. It’s amazing. However, they recently got rid of their vegetable menu, so now you have to ask for veggie broth even though it’s not on the menu (which is kind of sketchy). Also, I wouldn’t eat there because it seems a little sticky just by looking at it. I just wish they hadn’t gotten rid of the vegetable menu! It seems like a huge step in the wrong direction.
