Vegan options - Edit
I had the vegan ceviche as an appetizer and then the vegan sandwich. The ceviche was amazing and tasted very fresh. The sandwich was good too, I enjoyed my meal. They seem to get very busy so the food may take a while. They have good cocktails as well.

Good vegan sandwich - Edit
The vegan sandwich was tasty. Could use some tofu or Seitan for protein, though. The atmosphere and service were great. They had a few clearly marked vegan options and and some more vegetarian options which looked like they could be made vegan.
Read morePros: Good service , Affordable , Marked vegan options
Cons: Not a ton of vegan options on large menu , Needs vegan protein

Great find on first night in Cusco - Edit
4* as restaurant is not fully vegan.
Read moreWaiter could not have been more polite and helpful if they tried. I ordered the Vegan Sandwich which comes with a small, but beautiful, salad and fries. This filled me up nicely. Service was quick, but not rushed.

Wouldn't recommend - Edit
No vegan main options, only two entree options. Took them over an hour to get me my vegetarian soup and bf's salmon ceviche (which he said was good, but the portion was too small - not vegan). Lots of things on the menu sold out. We sat two tables from the counter and often couldn't hear eachother because of their very loud juicer. Staff is friendly though.

Pros: bf said the fish is good, if you're pescotarian

very bad service, really bad! - Edit
I have never encountered such bad service at a restaurant, what the [censored]! The waiter couldn't do his job. How is it even possible that he didn't give us two drinks in one hour and then took another 20 min for one beer and told me he didn't have any coconut milk for my chai tea?! And then he took another hour to give me my mango juice. And don't get me started about our food, it took very long, too long! I've heard good things about their Ceviche but honestly for me it was way too sour. Also they have almost no vegan options left from before. I've never encountered that bad service even though the restaurant wasn't full. Would never go there again. A very frustrating experience.

Only 2 vegan options - Edit
They changed their menu and offer only vegan ceviche and a vegan sandwich (fried vegetables) with fries. I tried the sandwich and it was pretty good, that's why I gave them 4*, because it is right around the corner from the square and it's a nice fast quick bite to eat. (I have had bad sandwiches elswhere).

Not really prepared for vegan - Edit
They didn’t knew really what they can cook for us. Some things weren’t on the menu. In the end we had a Vegan „Pizza“ but unfortunately it was not worth the price.

Fantastic - Edit
This was our first restaurant we visited in Cusco and so far, still our favorite! Extremely flavorful and beautifully presented yet still lightweight. Extremely fresh ingredients with an adorable little environment to boot. The purple corn with cloves and cinnamon drink and vegan chocolate mousse cannot be missed. Go here and you won’t be disappointed!

I had struggled in Peru to find a place with options for me, a vegetarian, and my partner who eats meat. Per.uk was a dream find, fantastic options for both of us, a lovely atmosphere and fantastic service!

great food!! - Edit
We ate here as a group of meat eaters and vegans and it pleased everybody. As a vegan I was very happy with the options and opted for the vegan curry but my friend also opted for a vegan dish and she isn't vegan so the choices were great. I like the concept of Peruvian UK fusion as it did feel like there were Peruvian twists on the dish. The bread was brought out vegan with olive oil and balsamic which was great. Definitely recommend if you are in cusco.
