No vegan sauce on the menu

I had an appetizer instead, which was vegan (the Caponata), which was fine because I had lunch at 3PM so I wasn't hungry.
I don't know if the staff would have been accommodating, but I suppose so, they seemed nice.

Pros: no vegan sauce

Customizable pasta

Our waitress was very kind and knowledgeable about what was vegan. I believe all pasta was vegan except for the ravioli and tortellini. Additionally they had at least 1 but possibly 2 sauce options (I regrettably forget). The sauce I had was the pistachio pesto and I was absolutely delicious.

Pros: Server educated of vegan options, Most pasta noodles were vegan, 1 or 2 vegan sauce options

Cons: Could have more vegan sauces
