No a lot of vegan options but they have delicious local veggie meal like pasta or eggplants dishes.

One vegan option - Edit
Alternate to meat and cheese choices. Everywhere in Italy you see cheese and meats for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I was ecstatic to find a simple grilled dish of vegetables for lunch. It hit the spot. The only drawback is smokers when you eat outside.
