Uncertain if running business

We saw this place and were looking forward to finally finding some vegan ramen within Fukuoka. We had some luck in Kyoto but here seemed difficult. We walked to this place for about 20 minutes only accounting for busy queues however both happy cow and maps said it was open. When we arrived we found it closed with a sign saying sold out. We aren't sure if it ran out of food as the sign would suggest or if it was even open. It seemed very shut. Disappointed that a restaurant seemingly ran out of food we ended up going elsewhere for fast food which wasn't ideal. I wouldn't count on this place so make backup plans if you try it. Hopefully it'll be open for you.
