This tavern has breathtaking views over the sea from the balcony seating area!
Read moreWe biked to Zia all the way from Kos Town so we were pretty hungry. I had a smoked eggplant salad and fries. The salad portion was quite small as expected by the price (only 5€) so it works better as an appetizer or if you’re not that hungry. Paired with fries it was a decent combo.
Staff was very friendly and service was fast. Definitely recommend!

Plenty vegan options - Edit
We were taken to Zia on a day trip and the stop for lunch gave us free time to choose where to eat. I was delighted to find more than one restaurant offering vegan options.
Read moreWe chose to eat here, however it did have exactly the same menu as the Olympia restaurant across the road and so must be the same owners.
The menu is clearly labelled with vegan options. I wasn't too hungry and so decided to try something I hadn't had before. I chose the Smoked eggplant salad. It is served cold but is very flavoursome!
Some tables have very nice views over Zia too!

Amazing terrace restaurant with wonderful views and good food. I had the stuffed pepper & tomatoe which came with potatoes and was insanely tasty, I also order the roast beetroot and garlic dip, which I thought was a dip, but was a massive plate of beetroots with a garlic paste, really really tasty but couldn't finish it all, as a sharer would be perfect on the side😄
