Cute coffee stand - Edit
Lovely small coffee shop I can only recommend stopping by in Ninohe! Freshly brewed coffee and vegan cakes and cookies! They don’t offer soy milk but all of their desert are macrobiotic and vegan.

Cute Cafe with Vegan Sweets - Edit
We stumbled upon this cafe by chance when we were visiting Ninohe. We went in for some coffee to go, and to our great surprise found that they had Vegan Sweets for sale! We were so happy that we came back the next day to buy more, and found that they had even more options than the day before! It seems that they make different vegan sweets depending on the day. If you're in Ninohe, you should stop by this nice cafe!
