Beautiful and Delicious Vegan Sushi in a Relaxing Private Room - Edit
I have eaten vegan sushi at this restaurant 3 times now. The sushi is delicious and beautiful, and the restaurant's atmosphere is nice. It's best to make a reservation if you want to eat vegan sushi here, but if you forget, they may still be able to accommodate you.

Wonderful place! I would give five stars if I could. I don’t think I have had such a kind experience for ages! We came to this place during lunch time and didn’t know that we had to reserve the vegan sushi beforehand. The chef, however, created a vegan menu from scratch, which was absolutely delicious. We had an assortment with different veggies and natto. There was even vegan ice cream as a desert! The staff was super kind and always eager to help.

I ate vegan sushi for the first time. This sushi is using plant-based product. We can enjoy vegetables and mushrooms change in a beautiful sushi. It seemed like a work of art.

Beautiful and delicious vegan sushi - Edit
You can eat wonderful Japanese vegan sushi using vegetables and mushrooms without using fish. It's a small rural town, but it's a great quality vegan sushi.

Takeda sushi restaurant is also clean and very beautiful. You should come from all over the world just to eat this vegan sushi.

Very delicious vegan sushi - Edit
The sushi made with vegetables and seaweed from Ninohe City, Iwate Prefecture is excellent. The owner had a good understanding of vegans and had a great time. You can also drink vegan sake 南部美人. I will definitely go when I come to Iwate.
