Amazing! - Edit
My husband and I visited Old San Juan while celebrating our 21st Wedding Anniversary. The staff was super friendly, the food was very authentic (we are both from the Island originally). The veggie empanadillas were delicious!

Good Puerto Rican restaurant with a few vegan options - Edit
There are 2 vegan options on the menu, a couple appetizers and sides. They have a lunch buffet but most of it is meat. The Isla Verde bowl was delicious and the kiwi guac as well. We tried to get the Vegetarian Delight but they were out of some vegetables. The server was very friendly and helpful and gave us a good dining experience. According to my Puerto Rican mother-in-law, the food is very authentic!
