Tasty pancakes

Wasn’t a big fan of the sausage but the pancake was fantastic. They could use one or two more vegan options but it’s still a cute place to try.

Pros: Vegan pancak, Outdoor patio, Organic breakfast diner feel

No more waffles

My husband used to get the vegan waffles and vegan sausage all the time. They got new waffle makers that can't handle the batter so they only offer the pancakes now. I usually just get potatoes, vegan sausage, and toast with vegan butter.

They usually bring out little cookies with the bill, but they bring out vegan chocolate covered coffee beans if someone ordered vegan food, which is pretty thoughtful.

The place is so cute and the staff are super nice.

Vegan Sausage

The vegan pancake is good, but the vegan sausage is where it's at!

Pros: vegan options clearly marked , vegan sausage is delish

Cons: wish there were more vegan options

Real Vegan Breakfast!

I have had both the pancakes and the waffles and loved both. Yes, they have an oat-like taste because duh they are made with oats. It says so clearly on the menu. (It's not like being served oatmeal from a grill at all.) I love having breakfast here. I'm not sure what kind of vegan sausage they serve because I don't recognize it, it's amazing. I also get a side of potatoes and tomatoes (hungry girl) They serve vegan espresso beans with your check. Some of the service staff was less than welcoming, likely because of my tattoos and not my vegan-ness.... whatever lol. Some of the other service staff make up for it and THEN some!

Pros: Real breakfast experience

Cons: Snooty staff

Homemade Hospitality

On Orange is a great spot for vegan breakfast options in Lancaster. I met the owner on a business trip and was invited to try their homemade vegan breakfast sausage. It was great! The service was friendly, it was a great little space, and it's clearly a spot for the locals as everyone who walked in the door knew each other—even Mayor Gray!

Pros: Quaint, Friendly

Delicious Vegan Pancakes, Waffles, And Sausage

On Orange is a quaint, rustuc, welcoming restaurant that features delicious vegan, Swedish pancakes, waffles, and sausage patties. The Swedish style is very heavy and fillling, so 2 pancakes are plenty. They come with Earth Balance, apple sauce, and, maple syrup. Service was excellent. With the check they provided a small bowl of vegan chocolate covered espresso beans. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that there were not more vegan choices. I recommend adding tofu scramble.

Pros: Food Quality, Price, Service

Cons: Limited Vegan Options

Great Breakfast

Cozy place with a very friendly staff. The vegan pancakes and waffles are both very delicious and filling. The vegan sausage is pretty good also. There are a few other options as well, many are vegetarian but few others are vegan.

Street side parking is a bit of a pain, but Orange Street is usually not terribly crowded.

Pros: Delicious, Serving Size

Cons: Limited Variety, Street Side Parking

Amazing vegan breakfast!

On Orange is a very cool little niche restaurant in downtown Lancaster. They understand the needs of vegans and clearly mark what is vegan friendly. This is a great place to take your meat eating friends for breakfast. I recommend the pancakes.

Pros: Separate vegan menu, Great atmosphere, Friggin' delicious

Cons: I wish they would serve dinner

Good place for vegan pancakes/waffles/sausage

Nice little place. Not many choices for vegans but the pancakes and waffles were really good. The vegan sausage was fantastic.

Best veg-friendly spot I've been to in Lancaster

I just had their vegan breakfast today and it was absolutely fantastic.I had two pancakes, a vegan sausage, and some fruit on the side. It was all delicious and I will definitely go back again. If Happy Cow would let me give 5 stars, I would!

Pros: Delicious, Good atmosphere, Friendly staff

Cons: A bit pricy, Only open for breakfast and lunch
