Grows shiitake & oyster mushrooms that are sold at farmers markets and online. All offerings are vegan and use no chemicals or pesticides. (It is a permaculture farm using regenerative and sustainable farming practices, in Ohau (5.7km south of Levin). Open Mon-Fri 10:00am-4:00pm. Can be found at local markets on weekends.
