This newly opened cafe offers a wide range of options for vegetarians and vegans alike including selections of salads, vegan soups, sandwiches and entrees from different parts of the world like the Americas, the Middle East and the Mediterranean. Good prices, excellent food and drinks and a relaxed atmosphere makes this place unique among the busy Escazú main streets just around the corner. One of the owners used to be a partner and sous chef at the renowned Earthly Delights Cafe formerly in Ciudad Colón considered by many to be the BEST vegetarian restaurant Costa Rica has ever had. The Oasis menu reflects some classics from the previous cafe and adds up some new and creative items. A great value in a really expensive area, I will be coming back for more soon...
