Expensive with vegan products - Edit
The store is nice to get imported vegan products. The prices are high, and it is best to go there for things you can't find in other local markets.

This chain is located in various parts of San José area and the ones we have been to all had vegan products: Tofurky meats and deli meats, Follow Your Heart cheeses (jalapeño havarti, smoked gouda, mozzarella, provolone) and mayonaise (pesto and chipotle) as well as grated parmesan. They also carry various brands and kinds of non-dairy milks. Note that selection varies at each location and times, but you are pretty sure to find something. Also note that there is no “vegan” section, all products are in their respective areas along with their animal-product equivalents (cheese with cheese, frozen meats in frozen section).

Great range of frozen meat substitutes, there was a vegan cream cheese and we even got vegan dulce de leche! Though some products took us a while to hunt down
