Alright: came for the Maki, stayed for the bread but not the maki - Edit
This place has all the vegan stuff labeled with seemingly a lot of options, which was exciting! That said, the options were just variations of avocado, cucumber, asparagus, and tofu for maki, no daikon, no yam, no eggplant, no mushrooms, no mango, etc. The edamame was served nicely hot with salt flakes, delicious, the Japanese bread was SCRUMPTIOUS, warm and perfect. The maki was just okay, nothing special, and the 2 kinds they gave us on the vegan platter were just 2 variations of almost the same type of roll. Also, the service was pretty slow, and the waitstaff seemed unimpressed that we didn't want all you can eat, even though it would take ALOT to eat our money's worth

Very delicious food with vegan options very clearly labelled in the menu. For the all-you-can-eat offer you get a tablet that does not show you which dishes are vegan, but upon request you can keep the paper menu next to you for reference. You can then take your time ordering individual pieces of sushi and other dishes within 2,5h. This is a fabtastic way to try a little bit of everything.

Great vegan sushi - Edit
Delicious vegan sushi. Many options (with tofu, crispy asparagus etc). We took „all you can eat” for 249kr wich was a great deal. We could order everything through tablet whenever we wanted
