Great! - Edit
The food was great! Well marked vegan options on menu. Please note that the lunch menu is limited as compared to the menu that is on the website. We were traveling with young children and they liked it too!

Good food, but I'm not 100% sure dishes are made to be vegan unless you specifically ask for it - Edit
There's a separate vegan menu on the website. On the printed menu in the restaurant, there's just one menu, but dishes that are vegan or can be made vegan are marked with (V).
Read moreWhen I asked for recommendations, the staff pointed out two dishes that can be made vegan. When I ordered one of the two recommended dishes, they said they will ask the kitchen to prepare it without egg. I was a bit surprised by this, as I wondered whether I would have received food prepared with egg, had I just ordered the "Amok with organic tofu" without specifying that I am vegan.
The food was very salty for my taste. However, it might be because it was meant to be eaten with a lot of rice to soak up the flavor, and I didn't eat much of the rice that was served with it.
Pros: Vegan menu on website , Vegan options labeled on menu, Good portion size
Cons: Bathroom was quite dirty

5 🌟 delicious Khmer cuisine- try the (vegan) dessert!! - Edit
Soooo goood. Omg, would rate 5 stars if I could. Plenty of vegan or veganizable options, and such a sweet story on the front of the menu. The food was excellent, flavourful, balanced, and nourishing. We got the mushroom and ginger stir fry as well as the glass noodle salad and both were lovely and went so well with the jasmine tea we got 😋 the salad was beautifully acidic and spicy with fresh herbs and delicious well cut fruit and veg. The stir fry popped with ginger and the mushrooms were great and it came with rice. We even got a side slice of lime easily (this is typical of me to want/hope for since I'm obsessed with lime)
Read moreHOLD UP- UPDATE- We JUST got the dessert and omg one if my favourite desserts ever 😭 comes with 2 slices of cake-1 cassava and 1 banana, both already vegan, with sweetened condensed (coconut cream? Guessing) this was served warm, and it was to die for honestly. So nice, warm, sweet with a touch of salt. Fantastic 😍
*Edit- we loved this place so much we came again and tried more stuff. 10/10, the caliber held up, bravo 👏

They have three vegan main dish options for lunch. We tried #5 and #7. Both were really good, especially #7 with the ginger and mushrooms! I have never had something like that before, the flavours were great! Affordable prices and generous portion sizes, very much recommended!!

Good food, tofu was dry - Edit
Overall I enjoyed the food and found the staff very pleasant. I did think the tofu was a bit dry in the stir fry I had, hence the four stars. I preferred the spring rolls I had as a starter. Worth a try if you enjoy Cambodian cuisine.

Worth a visit - Edit
We had the 5-course menu, which was a good value-for-money offer. The food was generally good and tasty. Big plus is they have an entire vegan menu with many options.
Read moreThe atmosphere and surroundings in the restaurant could however do with some work. Somehow the interior design gave an impersonal vibe to the place, which is a shame since the owner and staff was very nice and attentive. This is why the place deserves 4-stars, and I would still recommend it for the food.
Pros: Many vegan options, Attentive staff , Great food
Cons: Impersonal setting

The most magical vegan food in Cph - Edit
As a vegan foodie, I was pleasantly surprised by the taste of Khmer food that i have never tried before. It’s incredibly delicious, complex and rich, i would even say magical. The owners take vegan cuisine very serious, there is a whole vegan part of menu plus almost every dish can be made vegan. They make they own organic tofu. I recommend dishes with aubergine, rice crepe, curry, noodle salad and steamed banana cake! Prices are also very considerate for this expensive city, the vegan menu of 5 dishes costs 300 dkk. Amazing owner and staff, true ambassadors of Khmer culture through food.

Delightful - Edit
Lovely Cambodian family restaurant, run by a friendly older couple. They have one five-course vegan menu, but most of the regular choices on the menu have the option to replace the meat with organic tofu. The food was very tasty, maybe a little bit too oily. Still a nice experience.

This was our first time ever trying Cambodian food, and it was so good! They had LOADS of vegan options (a lot of the dishes could be made vegan vegan by choosing tofu). Highly recommended! The staff were very friendly as well

Very friendly owners - Edit
Loved the story behind this place! The owners were very nice, and we felt very at home. It was fun to try autentic Cambodian food! We had a lovely curry dish and for a starter we had some really good springrolls and some kind of aubergine dish (this one wasn’t our cup of tea, as we felt the consistency was too “slimey”, but if you love aubergine you might like it). We would come back another time:)
