Good for vegan options in the evening - Edit
Noom is the place to be for foreigners in Lopburi. It's a guesthouse, restaurant, bar and one of the only places to rent scooters. They have a decent vegetarian menu with some vegan options.
Read moreWe ate there two times as we were there for two nights. We ordered pad Thai without egg and it still came with egg by their mistake, so they made a fresh one. The second time, they forgot one of our curries and we had to wait 20 minutes it to come out. It was super busy though. It can get pretty loud here on some nights.
The pad Thai was ok but quite sweet like sweet chili and the massaman curry was a little sweet but tasty, although no spice. The red curry was spicy and good.

It's Thai food for foreigners - Edit
Nooms is good and there are a lot of vegan options. I usually ask for the curry with no fish sauce but I'm not sure that I have to. It just reminds me of getting Thai food in the 90s and good luck getting any amount of spice at all.

Great restaurant and bar! - Edit
We stopped by for a game of pool and a pint one afternoon and snacked on some spring rolls. We came for dinner as they had lots of vegetarian options, some of which were already vegan and some could be adapted. I loved my tofu green curry with rice and we shared a roti. My partner enjoyed his shrimp red curry too. We do like places that cater well for the both of us! They cater for your preferred spice level too.
Read moreWe came back again for lunch now knowing they could easily accommodate veganism, I had rhe mushroom bologese which was alright. Should have gone for the recommended cashew stir fry!
No plant milks for coffees etc though.

Best option for an evening meal - Edit
I visit LopBuri several times to visit a friend. While there are several day time 'jai' style options, eating of an evening tends to be a problem. Noom is the best option. Friendly and helpful staff. The menu is a mix but includes an okay veggie section. NB: It is not open on Wednesday evenings because of the street market

Simple, but Good - Edit
Nice, open restaurant with fans to help beat the heat. The menu totes its "western" food, so there were plenty of options that'd cater to a lacto-ovo vegetarian. There were vegan options, just not as many as the other items with dairy involved. I tried the same stir fry the previous poster had and I was happy with it. The veggies were vibrantly colored and crisp. The bonus was that it wasn't swimming in grease, so the flavor was great. I liked the tofu bits. I also ordered their mushroom spaghetti which pretty much had the same veggies from the stir fry, but had a spicier sauce. All in all, a good find.

Great service and great food - Edit
I got sweet and sour stir fry vegetables and rice for 60 baht which is a little over 2 dollars CAD, and it was yummy. Noom came over and introduced himself to use and told him if we ever needed anything to come see him. The vegetarian section of the menu is rather substantial, and the staff speaks English so if you are not comfortable ordering in Thai this restaurant is ideal. I highly recommend Noom's. The location is very central so it is super easy to get around.

Worst Thai food I've had in Thailand - Edit
They have a vegetarian section to their menu. I ordered mushrooms and tofu with holy basil for 60 baht. It was a collection of random vegetables (like baby corn, carrots, bell peppers, string beans, not especially mushroomy) barely cooked with tofu that didn't taste fresh (and rubbery). Probably healthy and all but not tasty. The waiter was suggesting noodle dishes, maybe that's the way to go.
