From the Ratchadamnoen Alley (northern side of the museum), walk on Sura Songkhram Rd towards Devastan Prang Khaek, and the cart will be on your left, just at the beginning of the vegetable market alley. Open Mon-Sun 6:00am-3:00pm.

Excellent Food, some English spoken

Not sure if this is a temp cart due to Vegetarian Festival or regular cart but didn't see them for next two days. In any case, food they have is great, tasty and cheap - so try it out if you find it!
