this is a great spot inside the mall, if your companions are not vegan they have other choices bear by.

this one hits the spot! the peanut butter tare is not spicy at all so if you like spicy ask for additional spice.
Pros: broth, mushrooms , convenience
Cons: noodles did not bouncy chew

Ok, it isn’t actually spicy but it is very good! They have an extensive vegan menu. It’s not on the screen at the front of the shop, but you can see it in front of the register.

Big vegan menu! - Edit
Has a whole vegan menu with several different ramen options, and it was quite good ramen for a mall food court! Wish I took a picture of the menu.
