Fantastic food when dining with omnivorous friends! - Edit
I find myself dining with non-vegans often, especially since my partner eats everything. So it’s a real joy to find a restaurant with a robust omni menu that also has a CLEARLY MARKED vegan section, with servers who know the difference. Throw in fabulous Indian food, very nice chill atmosphere and great service, and you have a real omni dining gem. My only regret is that Nirvana is about 400 miles from home (we discovered it on vacation). We treated our omni friends to a meal at Nirvana as a ‘thank you’ for putting us up while in town and they raved about the food! This is definitely a place we’ll return to whenever we’re in the Boston area, and you should too.

The food was very average. All the dishes we had felt like something was missing from them. I ended up mixing a bunch of their curries and coconut for some extra flavour. Nothing really felt balanced and so it was a bit dissappointing. I had the aloo mutter and masala dosa

I love that they clearly label vegan items. Great appetizers and curries. They even make a vegan mattar tofu and sag tofu. So good!

I've been here a couple of times because this place is right nearby where I live and I am so happy it opened! It is absolutely delicious and I crave this food now... They give you nice dips at the beginning (vegan) and the amazing dishes I've tried so far are Shahi Bhindi (WOW! Recommended), the Subz Panchmeal, Aloo Palak and Shahi Aloo Gobhi - all are really great.
