They only had 1 vegan flavor available for eating in-store - chocolate.
Read moreTheir other two vegan flavors which sounded great only came in pints.
And they were out of vegan cookies.
So I didn’t order anything… I think they need to make sure that vegans or those who are dairy free can actually enjoy their experience of getting icecream at their store.

Although the vegan icecream was a bit icy and didn’t have the best consistency throughout, the flavor was quite good! I got the “golden milk”.
Read moreThe sundaes are where Honeycomb Creamery really shines! I was able to get two HUGE vegan chocolate chips cookies with a delicious (taza) chocolate shell and their signature (vegan) honeycomb candy.
Most icecream shops in the area have quite limited options when it comes to sundaes/toppings so this was a nice change of pace.
The sundaes are also very well priced for the amount of food that you get!
I am told by my sister that their frappes are also extremely good!

I’ve tried the horchata and the seasonal pumpkin ice cream, worst ice cream I’ve ever had. The latter was overly sweet, and all you could taste in the horchata is cinnamon. Avoid

Cute decor, but I have brought three people here, my fiancee, my childhood buddy, and my my mom, one vegan, two not, who all said "this is the worst ice cream I have ever had." It is oversalted, the texture is weird and gross, and the flavors are gross! You'll get a much better scoop at FoMu (or at Veggie Galaxy or Veggie Crust where they serve it as well), or at JP Licks.
Read moreSeriously, it's disgusting. Vegan flavors include mint with spirulina (it tastes like foul grassy mint ice cream, get that spirulina [censored] out of ice cream!) and horchata (which tastes less like horchata and more like the texture and taste of cinnamon toothpaste).
