Hythe's hidden gem - Edit
Tucked away above the Malthouse, Nincomsoup has a wonderfully sunny and sheltered rooftop garden filled with colourful flowers. Staff are always super friendly and helpful and the vegan options are excellent - they definitely go above and beyond compared to most non vegan cafes. Seed butter is made from scratch, there are always plenty of cakes as well as Docker pastries and sourdough bread, and oat milk is the default milk. Every week they do two soup options, of which one is always vegan. Soup is served in cute tin mugs with sourdough bread and usually a heap of toppings. There's also seating indoors, with some cosy booths inside the Malthouse itself, making it a great rainy day food option when you're after their delicious soups.
