Yummy ice-cream, difficult to find! - Edit
It's downstairs (B1) in the Big City shopping centre. Nice ice cream, worth the time I spent hunting for it. Had to quickly run outside before i5 melted since there wasn't space to sit inside.

Hard to believe but the bubble cone is also vegan! Try the coconut. It’s richer since it’s made with coconut milk. What a great find on a sunny afternoon after shopping!
