Yay ramen! Vegan and vegetarian, spicy and non spicy options. Various toppings and soups to choose from. Good portion size. All good!

Best vegan ramen in hsinchu - Edit
The other vegan ramen shop downtown apparently has closed. This one tastes great, but is small and so coming here with more than 2-3 people can be tricky and involve some waiting. Doesn’t accept reservations.

They’re very welling to omit the egg from the dishes too.
I feel like I’m in Japan when having the meal here.
Make sure you come early so that you won’t have to wait to line.
Pros: Food are tasty and full of umami , Cozy and they even got cat!!, Authentic

Legit the best soup we’ve ever had in our lives - we are regulars here (at least once a week) garlic & spicy are awesome options. Ask for no egg to make vegan :)

Favorite Veggie Restaurant in Hsinchu - Edit
I always come back here because I like the food and vibe a lot. There is Ramen and other Japanese Food. As a Vegetarian or Vegan this street is "heaven". In the actual road there are 4 Vegetarian Restaurants and in close distance at least 3 I can think of. But this one is a good one to start with ;)
