Good, not mind blowing - Edit
Welcome change from all the nice baked goods and sandwiches in Switzerland. Ordered a vegan platter for one and veggie gyoza. Sizes are really good but not much in the flavor department. I'd say the gyozas and the miso rolls were the nicest.

They offer many vegan options are are even a part of the VegiPass! I‘ve had several things and they were all very tasty! It can just get pricey when you want to eat a real meal with several components.

Belle découverte à côté de la gare, une déco japonisante très stylée et étudiée, Avec possibilité de manger en terrasse (au roof top).

I am amazed by the choice they have in vegan sushis! They also have special sushis with fake tuna, eggplant and many more. I couldnt try them all. But what I tried was just amazing!

Fabulous sushi - Edit
Negishi had so many vegan choices that it was difficult to limit my selection to just two. The options were clearly marked and an English menu was also available. There was an entire page of vegan sushi rolls. I had a pumpkin sushi and dumplings. I would recommend both.

Most of the sushi restaurant I’ve been didn’t have a lot of choice in vegan sushi. But this was good ! There is a vegetarian/vegan sushi menu. The sushi was good, average. It wasn’t warm, so the rice was not really fresh.

More vegan options than declared - Edit
This chain restaurant offers a pretty good selection of well marked vegan sushi. Not everything is correctly labelled, though: I have official confirmation that the oshinko maki and kampyo maki are vegan as well. Among the dishes they have, I liked the rainbow roll and the miso soup best.
