Chain of pretzel bakeries with vegan options. There are several types of marked vegan pretzels with various seeds like sunflower, pumpkin, sesame, and poppy. The avocado chili sandwich, the planted chicken curry sandwich and the hot dog (when ordered with ketchup) are also vegan. Open Mon-Sat 5:00am-10:00pm, Sun 5:00am-9:00pm.

Nothing vegan except plain pretzel - Edit
Zero vegan except the plain pretzel. Staff does not know what vegan means. On street level / main entrance of main (central) train station. They might use cow milk butter in the only 'vegan' sandwich, staff thought so at least.

My favorite pretzels! - Edit
I got the pretzel with sunflower seeds right when I got off the train. I loved it so much that I got one every day in Switzerland! They are hearty and filling and the perfect snack to take with you on a long train ride or on a hike. If you can get one straight out of the oven, even better!

You can always be sure to get a good pretzel from these outlets, often even warm from the oven. The variants with seeds on top are even better, though a little messy to eat. The avocado sandwich is fine but currently they offer a curry sandwich with Planted Chicken, which is great although a little sweet for my taste.
