This is a very friendly, easy-going and wholly vegan place. I had the tofu 'fish and chips', which I have to say was my best yet. Loved the kala namak on the chips and in the salt cellar. Lovely, smiley helpful people working there.

I've never had a bad meal here, I've always thoroughly enjoyed my food and have brought many meat eating friebds here who all love it too. One of the few places as a gluten free vegan I can not only have a 3 course dinner but I have choices! The buffet is great as well as the normal menu. Wide range of drinks and staff and atmosphere all fantastic. I do miss the shop that used to be attached to the restaurant though.

Thoroughly enjoyed our lunch here! We ordered from the regular menu instead of from the buffet and opted for the tofu fish & chips and the ultimate burger. Although what we ordered was quite expensive, the food was definitely worth it (especially the burger) and we left feeling very full! Would 100% recommend if you are visiting Birmingham 😋

Been here many times and tried probably half of the menu! Took my non vegan friend and she was very pleasantly surprised. My only wish is that it had more hearty foods, like loaded fries, meat substitute burgers rather than all bean burgers. But it should be a good thing that they are more conscious of health

Loved it here. Found it on happy cow whilst at a congress in Birmingham. You must try it if you’re around. The menu is fantastic, the restaurant itself is great, and the staff are friendly. I had the large vegan breakfast and it was the finest cooked breakfast I’ve ever had. I’d go that far. It’s so good that I’m going back with my colleagues this evening! The buffet looks really nice. Lots of variety on the menu. Top marks.

Read moreThis has to be one of the best places I have eaten at that serve an innovative and exciting menu. The menu on the website doesn't include some of the newer dishes like the Caribbean burger, so my friend and I were really spoiled for choice when it came to deciding what to order.
We ordered a variety of dishes including the Mango 'salmon', but my favourite was the Caribbean burger flavoured with ackee and callaloo. The texture of the burger was the perfect balalnce between creamy and firm and each bite was enriched with flavour.
The apple pie we ordered for dessert was ta good mix of sweet and fruity and providing a comforting way to end the meal.
All the food is reasonably priced and made from fresh, good quality ingredients.
The environment inside is clean and relaxed, with music playing at a comfortable level in the background. All of the staff were very friendly and hospitable and made the effort to have numerous conversations with us. My friend brought her baby along and the staff were so accommodating in providing some small cuts of vegetables and fruit for him to eat.
Next time I visit Birmingham, I'll be heading back to Natural Bar & Kitchen!
