Great vegan ramen

So happy to have another Japanese restaurant in Fresno with lots of dedicated vegan options. The ramen was surprisingly tasty and has a bit of a spicy miso kick. The fresh spring roll was super healthy and delicious, and comes without the usual greasy fried tofu. The eggplant and tofu bowl was very good and even better with extra rice to mix with the sauce and make it more filling. Surprisingly the tofu was delicate and soft and not deep fried (thankfully). The tahini soba salad is served cold and was excellent, but don’t expect a lot of greens. It’s all about the soba. They have a number of creative sushi rolls that we haven’t tried but can definitely vouch for the cute caterpillar roll!

Friendly staff and good food

Food was fresh and tasty. Staff were very friendly and prices are pretty reasonable. Good serve sizes too.

Best vegan options in north Fresno

This place has the best vegan options in north fresno. They also do pretty good drinks. I would recommend this for a date night.

Vegan Rolls On Point

Tried this on a whim and the rolls were surprisingly good! There is decent variety, from what I remember there were about 5/6 rolls I think.

Pros: Several vegan rolls , Fresh

Cons: A little pricey for roll size
