Cute café, very nice owners - Edit
We ordered cold matcha drinks which maybe wasn't the best choice, also my friend's oatmilk foam looked a little sad. The alfajores had either a vegan chocolate filling or dulce de leche, which was not vegan. I think I need to come back one day and try their lunch, the empenadas or the tamales, as this was just an ok experience. Both owners were super super sweet and know both English and German.

city centre oasis - Edit
Not far from the city centre, its not only a cafe with nice lunch but a whole dietetics concept. I tried the empanadas which are very good and just perfect when looking for a medium size meal. Also a lot of nice beverages available.
