Fantastic vegan Ramen - Edit
The soup wasn't just a vegetable broth, but was made with soja milk.
Read moreThe vegetables in it were all really great and some were more exotic than in the usual Ramen.
The ambient was beautiful as it had a lot of Japanese decoration and the bowl and spoon itself had a high quality as well.
It's a big recommendation, if you want to eat some good ramen.
Pros: Tasty Ramen, Big variety, Great ambient

Super nettes freundlichen und zuvorkommendes Personal, wir wurden komplett über Speisen und deren Zubereitung aufgeklärt, auf Nachfrage veganer Optionen. Das Essen kam schnell, es war heiß und lecker.

The restaurant serves meat, but the Vegan Options were very delicious but if you order the Ramen for example, you must tell them, that you order them without the egg.

Had a late night bowl of vegan ramen at the big communal table. Hearty broth with lots of veggies, hip atmosphere, big choice of drinks. Enjoyed my visit!

Really loved the ramen which is listed as vegetarian on the menu but can be veganized by leaving out the egg. The soy milk broth was delicious and I loved all the various toppings, there was sweet potato, fried renkon, wakame, fresh snap peas and some sweet marinated soy chunks, which added a very interesting touch. Not the cheapest dish (12,90 €) but quite a big portion, not really authentically Japanese as well but overall I loved it very much. Staff was super nice and knowledgeable about veganizing as well.
