Delicious Vegan Option - Edit
Their fajita bowl and plate were plentiful. The soy based chorizo was very flavorful, although a little too sweet.

Very accommodating - Edit
Super friendly and helpful. My sister has a soy and gluten allergy as well as being vegan. They cleaned the grill for her and left out the soy sauce on her dish.
Read moreThe large vegan nacho plate was huge. My daughter couldn't have been happier. They melted daiya mozzarella for the nachos and it was good but I think cheddar would have hit the spot a little better.
Overall, I was really impressed by how kind and accommodating this restaurant was.

Can sub meat with tofu in menu items - Edit
Both my dad and I enjoyed the tofu fajita plate. The portion size was large and food was delicious. The menu didn't show tofu as an option with the fajitas but we asked and they accommodated it for us. They said both their pinto beans and black beans were vegan. The pinto were quite good. They can substitute using vegan cheese too. There were other vegan dishes there as well and I'm fairly certain most items could be made vegan by subbing out meat with tofu. It would be nice if a "V" could be put on the menu

Pros: lots of vegan options , delicious , large portions

Meh - Edit
I used to eat here a lot - lately they’ve been adding chicken to salads I ask for tofu on. Not cool. Won’t be back.

Delicious vegan options - Edit
Just had a wonderful lunch at Mucho Mas. Service was great, very friendly and very knowledgeable about vegan options. The soyrizo nachos were the best nachos I have ever had. I did a tofu fajita plate and it was some of the most flavorful tofu I’ve ever had. Almost everything on the menu can be veganized.

Great little find! - Edit
I ordered the fajita burrito with soyrizo, black beans and vegan cheeze. Really tasty and beautifully presented. I needed a bit of salt to kick the flavor up a notch but otherwise wouldn’t complain at all. I’ll definitely be back.

delicious and generous portions - Edit
The small order of vegan nachos was huge!! They were delicious. The menu is easy to read and make things vegan. The cashier was friendly and offered suggestions. My food came out quickly and I couldn't have been more pleased with an omni place.

Vegan friendly - Edit
A lot of veggie options! Most of their menu item can be made vegan by substitution. We tried the veggie style tacos (grilled veggies, onions, and cilantro on a corn tortilla) and the mucho taco salad (lettuce, beans, rice, guac, pico, grilled veggies on a flour tortilla shell). We added tofu to the tacos and soy chorizo to the bowl. The taco shell was a little stale but the taste was good, would still get it again.
Read moreThe location is a little tucked away, and it's hard to see that it's open because it looks dark from the outside. But, they get some major style points for playing good music (parquet courts) and having very friendly staff.
Pros: Soyrizo , Friendly staff, Vibe

Great vegan option near the outlets - Edit
While I wouldn’t consider this to be authentic Mexican food, it was more thoughtfully prepared than the “Chipotle-style” build your own model, and the food was all high-quality and yummy. The beans and rice are vegetarian and vegan, as are their tofu and soyrizo options. The week I went they even had an extra “soy al pastor” option, which we didn’t try but appreciated the existence of. Lots of fajita veggies available as well.

Deserves 5 Stars because all but two items can made VEGAN!! - Edit
My wife and I were driving back home from a Michigan wedding when we needed to fill-up and gas and lunch. We could not find many places between Grand Rapids and Chicago where we can feel like a regular patron with full menu options. This food was bursting with flavor, I had the stacked enchilada with soyrizo and my wife had the fajita burrito. The portions were huge and we have plenty of leftovers.
