Wish that it was open every day - Edit
What a great little restaurant. We have visited there on numerous occasions and the food is always top notch. Service is friendly. Delivery of your order may be a bit slow at times but it's only because they're busy making it fresh in the kitchen. We have tried the chilaquiles, pancakes, apple cinnamon toast and the potato omelet. I wouldn't hesitate to have any one of them again when we visit in the future. As mentioned by more than one previous poster, the potato omelet is really something special. I can no longer tolerate eggs and this does a marvelous job of scratching that itch. One of the biggest surprises was the wheat "bacon." Had all of the flavor of the real thing but none of the grease. Delicious. Highly recommend this place for vegans, vegetarians and the "vegan curious."

Merida Top Fave - Edit
Take advantage of this Saturday and Sunday only brunch. It’s some of the best vegan food I’ve ever had. I’ll be dreaming of that potato omelette for many years to come. Plus they are kind and welcoming! Ask about the yoga classes in this building too. I really enjoyed this space and people all around. #Veganuary

Food is great - Edit
This is certainly one of the best restaurants in Mérida. Potatoes omelett and Toci-no sandwich are my faves, but really, everything here is awesome

Great Brunch - Edit
I love brunch and this was a great option. We love the omelette de papa and the hotcakes but everything is great. Don't forget it's reservation only, write them before arriving because it fills up.

Delicious! - Edit
Full vegan pop up, full flavours. The potato omelette was superb. Uses vegan cheese and seitan sausages. The chilaquiles (nachos) was also tasty. A little hard to find as its inside a courtyard of a hotel but its definitely a must visit if you are in Merida.

Amazing food and beautiful atmosphere - Edit
We ordered the Chilaquilles, Quesadillas, and the iced lattes! Everything was so amazing and the staff were so friendly. The restaurant is a bit hard to find as it is in the back of a small hotel, but it is so beautiful!
