Great Heuriger in Amstetten

Heuriger in Amstetten with some vegan options such as a vegan burger and vegan vegetable „Beuschel“. I tried the vegan „Beuschel“ and it was delicious. The location is also really beautiful.

Hidden gem - always check for opening hours!

It's a few kilometers away from Amstetten but it's definitely worth the trip!
Everything is selfmade, the ingredients are either homegrown or from nearby.
The owners are very open to veganism and it shows in the menu. You just wouldn't expect to find selfmade vegan "meat" from pea protein in Austria's countryside. :D
Don't be afraid to ask for a vegan dessert if you don't find anything to your liking.

As their opening hours depend on the season of the year, make sure to always check their website before you go!

I had a really good vegan couscous dish! prices are moderate and outside seating is very nice. it is located in the countryside but really close to the next city amstetten. this restaurant also offers an archery parchours in spring and summer! Thumbs up!
