Brought the breakfast sandwich and bbq mac & cheese plate.

Hit the spot when I wanted southern food made vegan!
Would order again. Happy there is vegan options in Waterbury. I ordered through Uber eats, did not visit location.

Tasty! - Edit
I got the Big D remixed, a smoothie, and the meatball sub. All of them were delicious. They were a bit greasy but I liked that. The place is hard to find and it's on the opposite side of the street than what Google thought. It's in the ONE Stop convenience store. The store is a little rough looking but the food is great and ALL VEGAN!

Food was tasty, location is tricky - Edit
I had a hard time finding his location because it doesn’t appear like he has a sign yet. He is in the building called “one stop shop”, I had to call to find him. He cooks out of what used to look like a small mini mart. His menu seems to rotate but everything he has is 100% vegan. I got the eggplant Parmesan sandwich and it was tasty, just a little greasy. Prices are fair, probably better to call ahead as he is making everything from scratch so you would be waiting a bit if you walk right in. I would order from him again but would call ahead.
