Best noodles in the city - Edit
The concept is you choose the ingredients ients you want and the type of soup and they cook it for you. Friendly staff, accommodating of us as a large group. Noodles were some of the best I've ever had and the food came within 10 minutes!

Not my favorite, but good quality food - Edit
Recently, I returned from Korea and was craving Malatang like a mad woman. I had the Thai Tom Ka soup base and my friend the Miso one. The ingredients were fresh and the staff was very friendly!💕 must say, the broth lacked a little depth in flavo, but there were options to add to your soup at the register. The only thing missing was the pickled radish. Other than that, I had a good meal 💞

Fresh and easy - Edit
I liked how easy it is to eat vegan here, and how much choice you still have. There are so many fresh veggies and mushrooms, and they have the best tempeh that I ever had! More restaurants should have this sentence on the menu: "VEGETARIAN dishes are marked with an icon, all other dishes are VEGAN".

Cons: Quite small, not suitable for bigger groups, Gets a bit pricey when you're hungry (>400 gr)

Tasty and almost vegan - Edit
Very simple and healthy concept. You select 400gr (or more at a surcharge, if you're hungry) of ingredients from a salad bar ranging from tofu to lotus root, seaweed and fresh veggies. Then you choose a soup base and you get this delivered to your table within 10-15 minutes depending on busyness.

Everything is vegan except for the eggs you can choose.
There are gluten free rice noodles available.
The staff was friendly and accomdating. A nice experience! They can open more of these restaurants of this chain.
Pros: You get to select your foods from a 'salad' bar, Almost everything is vegan (only eggs that aren't), Fast to eat here
Cons: Slightly pricey, Not a lot of seats available, you can be

Mogu has it all with a big healthy factor! Compliments for the great flavors! Don't hesitate and try one of the soups. Our 5-stars goes to the Thai Tom Kha Soup. The roasted edamame with black and white sesame seeds, sesame oil and a little bit of salt are a very tasty side dish! Many thanks to Guus and the great chef for a beyond warm welcome! For sure, we will return!

Eat the way you like to eat! - Edit
At MOGU there are a large variety of vegetables, mushrooms and other ingredients available that you choose from a food display. The chef will prepare your dish right in front of your nose. The result is a fresh, ultra healthy bowl of richly filled soup. All soup bases are vegan and made from scratch. The restaurant has an impressive green wall full of plants, and it has various type of custom wall art that aid to the atmosphere. Cozy and personal.
