Great quality food - Edit
Only a few vegan options but were very delicious. Nicely presented and tasted great. A good choice if you are with non-vegans and are prepared to watch them tuck into alpaca and guinea pigs 🥲

Lovely spot, limited vegan options - Edit
I was wondering why the reviewers were raving about the eggplant dish at this restaurant, and it is (in part) because it is one of the few vegan dishes here! But of course I had to try it. And it was spectacular. The taste was great, but the presentation was one of the best I've seen in my life. Stacks of roasted eggplant were held together with a skewer to make an eggplant mountain surrounded by cashew cream and garnished with edible flowers and a myriad of colors. The shortcoming of this dish is that it did not incorporate a protein.

This is not a place I would otherwise run back to, but everybody should try that eggplant dish once in their life.

The grilled aubergine was unbelievable. Honestly one of the best main courses I've ever had. Tasted so healthy and flavourful. Wouldn't change a thing! Lovely staff and good price point too.

Best eggplant of my life - Edit
I got the vegan eggplant dish here. I didn’t know egg plant could be so outrageously incredible. Presented so intricately. Too many flavours to to comprehend. 5 star meal. Friendly staff, epic rooftop view. Will definitely dine here again before leaving Cusco!
