Pretty good ice cream though a bit expensive. There were 4 flavors when we visited: Vanilla, Mixed Berry, Strawberry & Basil and Raspberry & Coconut. We went for the Mixed Berry and Raspberry & Coconut. Both were very good. The Raspberry & Coconut should have been named Coconut with a hint of Raspberry because the coconut was the full flavor. It was good though.

Only 3 vegan options - mango, blueberry, and coconut oreo. We went for the Coconut oreo and mango. Quite a busy place, but a nice after meal treat.

A few seats inside. Two or three 'token' flavors. Expensive: One serving 3 GBP. None (!) of the bakery goods is vegan. Directly at universitie's subway station, a few stops from city centre.

Been a few times now and always find the vegan flavours are not the norm. It’s always nice to not have just Biscoff, Oreo or chocolate. I’ve had the raspberry and lime, vanilla bourbon and blueberry and elderflower. All flavours were really lovely.

A promise to all vegans - Edit
As the sole ice cream maker/head baker at minted, who just happens to be vegan, i can proudly say that since starting in late September i have made a huge effort to bring more vegan options to minted. Every month has new flavors, and the vegan options will always be one oat milk flavor, one coconut milk flavor, and 2 sorbets. I chose this method so everyone could get a full range of different vegan options depending on your preference. As a vegan for almost 2 years now, i will toot my own horn and say i make the best vegan ice cream I’ve ever tasted.

Cute ice cream place, unfortunately they stopped doing their vegan soft serve and only had one flavour that wasn't fruity, which was Bounty. It was tasty but nothing to write home about.

They don't have loads of options, but the two they did have were amazing. I don't think I've ever had Aperol spritz before, nevermind as a sorbet, and the coconut & passion fruit combo was also delicious and I've never seen before. Earlier in the day when I'd popped in to see what they had, they has coconut & pomegranate gelato. Sadly no cakes today.£2.75 for one scoop and £3.75 for two scoops.

Amazing brownies! - Edit
Giving this such a high rating because I think I may be addicted to their brownies - honestly some of the best I've ever had! The late opening times are really unique and handy if you want a break from crying into your uni books at 10pm (or on a night out if you're cooler than me). Would appreciate more vegan options - there's usually just one brownie and one ice cream option.
