Losing pastel de nata virginity

Have never had a pastel de nata before so picked up to try. Shop is very small as it also sells Portuguese groceries, be aware if you have large bags
All hot drinks supplied in disposable cups as there is no sit-in option.

Pastel de nata itself was delicious, I have never had a traditional one so cannot compared but I found it very tasty and an indulgent treat

Delicious

Delicious vegan pastel. Not quite as authentic, with a rather orangy flavour. Still very delicious! Just a short walk away from the botanical gardens where you can sit down and enjoy them .
Very well priced at £2 each, lovely staff too!

A surprise

I didn't think I would find vegan pasteis de nata that far away from Portugal. They are really a bit "fruitier" than the original but delicious nonetheless

Pastel de nata!

So pleased I can have a vegan pastel de nata here. Absolutely gorgeous, so crispy and sweet. Would be nice if there were other vegan flavours. The sourdough bread is also incredible and the staff are so friendly!

Pros: Amazing pastel de nata , Sourdough is delicious

Cons: Wish there were more vegan flavours

Vegan pastel de nata

Never thought I'd have a vegan pastel de nata! It was really good - great pastry and filling. Very sweet. They also offer plant milk for coffee. It's worth at least one visit, just to see what it's like!

Pros: Unique offering, Friendly staff

Cons: Very little seating

Outstanding

A world class Vegan Pastel de Nata.

One Vegan Classic option, not sure if any of the other varieties were vegan. Sometimes one is enough!

They offered oat milk too.

Favourite place on Byres Road for a little treat 😍

I love to get a coffee and pastel de nata here!!!! It's so yummy, especially when fresh and warm. The coffee is really good and the shop inside is also really cool, with some nice lemonades etc in the fridge too. They sometimes have several pastel de nata flavours, but I've only seen the vegan ones in the classic flavour.
