Vg on budget - Edit
The portions are large! I would go for the noodles or veg rice options as the veg box is very taiwanese and may not be to everyone's taste. The owner speaks no English so use Google translate. Very lovely though and does make a warm, filling meal. Super casual.

Great vegan option in Jiaoxi - Edit
Recommended if you’re looking for a healthy and tasty vegetarian restaurant in Jiaoxi. Their stinky tofu is delicious, it comes with a homemade sauce and lots of fresh veggies. A spicy kick to it though. No English menu but the family who runs it is very friendly and helpful.
