Has Vegan Choices Despite the Name - Edit
When we are looking for a breakfast place to go with our friends who are not vegan this is one of our go to places. Has several clearly marked vegan meals and drinks. Our waiter was able to provide us with good information on what was and was not vegan. We have been here a few times but once they served us real meat. Thankfully we caught it as they do not have vegan meats.

Don’t recommend for vegans - Edit
"There were a few items on the menu that could be made vegan. I ordered the tofu scramble with veggies burrito, but unfortunately, the tofu was over-seasoned with turmeric, giving it a curry-like taste, which wasn't to my liking. Aside from the 1.5-hour wait and the food not meeting expectations, our server was friendly and efficient.

Did not understand what vegan was - Edit
Menu states certain meals can be made vegan. I asked for a vegan burrito, brought me one with egg and cheese and were completely perplexed when I asked for it to be remade vegan. Staff was very rude and food was not good.

Delicious Coconut Latte - Edit
The server suggested the coconut latte, and it had such a nice flavor. They said its a blend of condensed coconut milk and oat milk, with espresso. I also had the hot fries and kale salad, which can be made vegan without parmesan cheese. No complaints there; pretty basic with craisins and almonds and champagne vingarette.

Cons: Seems like you have to ask for the vegan menu

Have your Breakfast here !!! - Edit
The food was excellent! So was the service. The staff is very considerate of food allergies and preferences. Great vegan options and the staff will make alterations to anything they can to accommodate food allergies and preferences.

Protein bowl was mostly kale - Edit
I love kale but the protein bowl left us hungry after our meal. It was mostly kale with a few bites of tofu scramble and a light sprinkling of rice. The dressing was creative, though!

Cons: Hand to send back when mistakenly served w/ cheese, It’s a salad— not a protein bowl

A few vegan options - Edit
I had the vegan breakfast burrito. It was different. Tasted more like curry tofu scramble with mint leaves.. definitely interesting. But happy to have a vegan option. Burrito was also too soggy to hold.

Great vegan options! - Edit
My husband and I came here while on a trip to Nashville, and it was delicious! We sat at the bar bc the wait was long. I had the vegan avocado toast, which was so filling, and I loved the vegan egg on top! Will definitely come here again.

3.5 Stars - Edit
Food was flavorful, tried the vegan breakfast burrito and a Matcha. Sat at the bar because the wait for a table was over an hour. The food tasted good, but the Tofu scramble inside was barely noticeable. Not a heart meal, but cool spot to go for a meal. Just beware of the wait time if you're in a rush.

overall a fan - Edit
pros: entirely separate vegan menu with many options (pic attached), portions are large and prices are very reasonable for what you get
Read morecons: extreeeemly busy, we had like a 2.5 hour wait for our table, but luckily it’s in the gulch so there’s a ton you can do around there to keep yourself busy and once you’re seated, the service is quick. my biggest con is that i found a very long thick dark hair (so i know it can’t be mine) wedged into my meal. i was so grossed out that it turned me off of what was actually a very good meal. they should monitor their hairnet situation because it really is gross when that happens 🤮 but otherwise i was a fan!!!

Great options, but very busy - Edit
My sister and I found this place on a weekend trip to Nashville. I am vegan and she is not so it was great that there were many options for both of us. I ended up getting the vegan scramble burrito. It was tasty and filling, but very messy! We ended up having to wait for spots at the bar to open up. The place was PACKED so just beware of that. Make a reservation!

Filling and tasty - Edit
The wait here can be pretty long, but the food is great. I enjoyed my vegan option breakfast burrito. I got home fries with it and added in avocado.
