My favorite cookie - Edit
I'm glad I don't live in Princeton because I would spend all my money on the vegan pumpkin cookies. I don’t usually like pumpkin desserts but I think these taste more like ginger with a hint of pumpkin.
Read moreI wish they veganized more of their flavors (especially the lavender and lemon ones) but I think it will be hard to top the pumpkin one anyway.
All their vegan options are also gluten free

Excellent vegan cookies - Edit
The vegan tahini (which I think is seasonal) and double chocolate cookies are superb. I believe as of 2023 all the vegan cookies are gluten-free too.
