Favorite Vegan Friendly Spot in the SLV - Edit
I’m in Alamosa often, and I’ve tried all vegan options around it seems. Milagros is always my favorite go-to especially for breakfast and lunch. You can build your own breakfast bowl/burrito and their hummus panini (already vegan) is a great lunch option among other vegan friendly options. Good and expansive coffee menu, and friendly folks always!

Not a coffee drinker, loved my chai with almond milk. Hubby had a very good coffee also with some almond milk. Friendly staff, nice hometown treasure!!

A friendly, relaxed cafe supporting local artists, with plenty of vegan drink options and just a few vegan food options. The berry smoothie can be made vegan (without yogurt) on request. The breakfast burrito and hummus wrap can also be made vegan.
